Afton Home - Remodel

A cute 2 bedroom 1 bath house, transformed into 3 bed 2 bath. Everything, except the frame was redone. New floor joist, subfloor, siding, insulation, windows, and roof. We moved the front door, added a deck, and added a laundry/utility room.

The interior was remodeled. The kitchen was moved from the west side of the house to the east, near the driveway. We added a bed and bath to the back westside of the house, and remodeled the master bed and bath. The old kitchen is now a spacious bedroom.

Great location! East Fork State Park Campground is 1 minute away. Access to State Route 32 is 2 minutes away. Batavia Schools are 4 minutes away. Many factories and restaurants within walking distance.
